"I have been banking with the Olympia Credit Union since June 2000, and have had nothing but positive experiences.  At that time, I was also banking with another Credit Union; within one year, I had switched over entirely to the Olympia Credit Union.

One may be able to find another friendly bank or one that gives good financial advice but I challenge you to find one where every teller not only knows your name, but recognizes your voice on the phone and yet is savvy enough to remember to ask for your code word in this day of identity theft and fraud.  As financial institutions become larger and more impersonal, Olympia Credit Union stands out as a shining example of what a business should be; a group of highly skilled, efficient, quality staff who value their customers as real people.   

In my job, we help finance businesses that meet our high standards of quality.  It is a very competitive process as there are many fine businesses out there.  However, only a few are able to go a step beyond and set a sterling example of what a business should be.  Olympia Credit Union qualifies in every aspect.   

I would like to name each individual staff person separately and tout the qualities of each but this would become much too lengthy.  Suffice it to say that after eight years of banking with Olympia Credit Union, I continue to be impressed and I know you would be too."

I have been a member of Olympia Credit Union for the past 20 years.  Throughout the years, I have found its staff to be consistantly helpful, friendly and professional.  I especially appreciate that they recognize me and call me by name as I enter the credit union.  They continually strive to stay updated on their many good services such as loans, investment accounts and my favorite, online banking.  The staff works hard for their members and it shows.
